We currently ship across India.
We are working on expanding to international locations in the near future.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take a bit longer.

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

 

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order value (as mentioned on the product or checkout page).

• For other orders, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

• Natural calamities

• Strikes or courier disruptions

• Incomplete or incorrect address details

In such cases, we will keep you updated. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

 

6. Packaging

All products are securely packed to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your MyGoodiee account.
