At MyGoodiee, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure that every product you receive is fresh, organic, and of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of food items, our refund policy is outlined as follows:

1. No Returns on Food Products

As we deal in perishable and consumable goods, we do not accept returns on any food items once delivered, unless the product is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect or not matching your order

  • Expired or unfit for consumption upon delivery

 

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • Your order number and contact details

  • A short description of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement, as per your preference.

 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • Product was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is expired or contaminated upon delivery

Please note: We do not refund for taste preferences, change of mind, or failure to read product descriptions.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

 

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
